My mission will always be rooted in the values my family, more specifically my parents, have instilled in me. Which consists of empathy, kindness, and of course the unwavering commitment to uplift those who feel overlooked. What inspires me to run is my parents’ sacrifices, my nieces and nephews’ futures, and the relationships we hold as a family. It’s because of them that I'm dedicated to building a community, one which comes  from one of my family's favorite movie, stitch, where no one is left behind. I also firmly believe that we must honor the lives and legacies of those we’ve lost by doing everything in our power to prevent unnecessary harm and create a safe, supportive environment for all. The truth is life matters, every single one, and I will fight to ensure that everyone feels valued, protected, and empowered to thrive. Together, we rise!
